Present Adjunct Professor \u2013 Business & Innovation Department<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently an adjunct professor instructing within a variety of disciplines within
the business management and paralegal studies programs. As an adjunct
professor of business, I instruct individuals in the pragmatic interplay between
legal, regulatory and compliance with the role of management. Instruction and
presentations are provided in a classroom setting and covers topics such as:
introduction to business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, business ethics,
risk management, business structures, international law, contractual obligations,
contractual transactions, banking, secured transactions, real estate, business law,
regulatory compliance, securities regulations and investor communications,
internet and ecommerce, consumer protection compliance, mergers and
acquisitions, licensing, franchising. My skill-sets includes: preparation of and
oral presentation of lectures, compiling supporting documentation and directing
evaluations, writing and communications, as well as technological issues within a
classroom environment, certified for online instruction. Liaison and advisor for
Habitat for Humanity. Seminars and Certifications: online learning (canvass

Serves as an attorney whose responsibilities include the handling of divergent
legal issues on behalf of a private clientele. The scope of representation includes
dealing with every type of civil and\/or criminal matter that present themselves.
My practice encompasses corporate and entity counseling, compliance within
multi-jurisdictional context, as well as the representation of individual clients in
personal matters. The firm is the successor to the Wassmer & Hill, LLP practice.
In addition the entity known as Wassmer Agency Services, LLC handles
consulting issues involving national and international business structures and
transactions, as well as agency functions for domestic and foreign enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wassmer] I was responsible for the daily oversight of all operations of the firm.
This position required the use of skills involving the hiring and termination of
individuals, assessment of individual performance, review based incentives,
monitoring performance and assigning work as needed, scheduling, budgeting,
maintaining all compliance with federal and state requirements pertaining to a
highly regulated entity, working with and developing a client base, information
technology and systems design and oversight, advertising and marketing, tax and
payroll compliance while simultaneously engaged in the practice of law providing
information and advice to clients related to the fields of: commercial law,
corporate law, business law, general litigation, corporate transactions, business
structures, labor and employment law, real estate, environmental, personal injury,
estate planning, business financing and tax issues. Entity currently operates as a
